All BENTLEY MARINE
Next Gen Marine Turbines and gearboxes are
custom-built for each application and delivered turn-key as a package installation,
including all electronic monitoring & control, thermo-acoustic insulated custom inlets
and exhausts, filters and fire-suppression systems. They are Dual-Fuel and can operate with regular marine
Diesel or with LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), a clean and environmentally friendly fuel,
producing almost ZERO emissions. Performance is slightly better on LNG versions which
burn even more efficiently.
The Ultra-Compact ST (Super Turbine) Series:
BENTLEY MARINE compact ST (Super Turbine) range from 500kW up to 4MW (peak output is 5MW). They come equipped with integral ultra-lightweight aluminum magnesium alloy planetary gearboxes for minimum engine room space and Full Authority Digital Electronic Control and Monitoring System.

Larger ships can benefit from BENTLEY MARINE Master Series models that range from 3360kW up to 110MW.
The Navy approved M- Series are the only reversible turbines in the world (no need for reversible gearboxes), thus saving tons of weight and space onboard. They are designed for COGAG (Combined Gas & Gas) and COGAS (Combined Gas and Steam) with multiple turbine installations, allowing two higher horsepower turbines to be combined with two smaller ones, by means of special dual-input gearboxes. The innovative system enables any of the turbines on a multiple turbine installation on a Ship to be operated independently on the same shaft for safe propulsion redundancy and best fuel efficiency at all speeds and unsurpassed reliability.

Quality Control Program and then professionally installed by our team of certified factory
technicians. A two-year full warranty coverage is standard on all BENTLEY MARINE turbines
and gearbox packages.

HIGH-POWER PTO DRIVEN GENSETS:
NEW: Some BENTLEY MARINE Turbines installations can be integrated with a new ultra compact and lightweight High Speed computer-controlled starter/alternators that act as a marine Genset from main propulsion engines, eliminating the need to have the main propulsion enghine plus the genset running simultaneously. The units are connected to the Turbines via the PTO (Power-Take-Off) gearbox. The innovative energy efficient system enables the ship to automatically shut-down the auxiliary Genset when the main propulsion engines are running, thus saving lots of fuel.
